Universal American Corp. Schedules Second Quarter Financial Results Release for Wednesday, July 29th and Conference Call for Thursday, July 30th

RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 17, 2009-- Universal American Corp. (NYSE: UAM) announced today that it will issue its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 after the close of the stock market on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

Universal American’s management will host a conference call at 10:00 am Eastern Time on Thursday, July 30, 2009 to discuss financial results and recent corporate developments.
